Because all our items are custom-made and personalized specifically for you, orders require a short production period before they are shipped.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Customization Time: 2 to 4 business days (to design and print/craft your item).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Times & Shipping Rates
Standard Delivery: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout .
3. Order Tracking Once your custom product is crafted and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.
4. Wrong Address & Delivery Failures
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are 100% accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs in such cases will be charged to the customer.
5. Damaged Shipments If your package arrives physically damaged due to transit, please report it to us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos as per our Return Policy.
